Hey, i am new to temping with a BBT. This is my second month TTC and i figure i should really start acuratly charting. The package says it can be taken orally or axillary....which should i use and is there a reason why? Any help is appreciated...thanks!!

I believe oral is more accurate.

Taking your temp from the pit is generally less accurate, but it is actually still acceptable.

Most women here take it orally, and a few do it vaginally because they notice too much fluctuation with oral temps.
