can't catch my breath..ugh

I feel like breathing is such a chore these days! I have to move around to find a position that is comfy and is open enough to get some air flow...It's so annoying! Is anyone else short of breath at times? Huh?

    Yes! I hate it. It's especially bad when I have to give a presentation.

    I talk super fast. My DH says I have to get my word quota in each day! I have noticed lately that I have to stop and catch my breath in between sentences. I guess this makes me speak like a "normal" person! hehe!
