If you spin/dye yarn-I'll be happy to, you know, test it out! LOL. I don't know how often you get up to Traverse City (I know you're a fan)- but I was just in a LYS is Cedar and she had piles of bare unspun alpaca wool and they had a spinning group there. The girl was super nice-I can get you her info. She doesn't sell online but said she's happy to send out if you call her!

    HA!!!!!!!!!! ?I'm decompressing from my holycrapola bad day and find this. ?LOL!

    It's going to be a LONG time before I get to TC again. ?DS is still hell on wheelz and I'm up to my eyeballs in owl orders, sewing ds's halloween getup, then christmas will be here... blah. ?The Beatles were right, 8 Days A Week would be fantastic ;-)

    I happen to have some undyed alpaca tweed sitting next to me. ?Blue & brown. ?Decisions, decisions. ?

    I really want to try a drop spindle & see how I like it. ?It appears to be something I'd dig & would get to zen-out for a bit, I'd love it. ?I was going to hit up the local yarn shop & grab one but the kids were to cranky. ?Let me see if I can even work the thing before I hit you up for some roving ;-)

    You rock, woman. ?And yes, if this works, you can def. have some. ?Gotta do a test run. ?It's a moral imperative.
