I know I am not supposed to take hot baths that will raise my body temperature. However, my sore muscles in my back could really use some relaxing, so does anyone have any idea if a low-water-level (shallow) hot bath would be ok? By that, I mean hot water that it only about an inch or two deep, that wouldn't reach anywhere near my belly, but would still do its job on my back muscles. And even then, I don't mean exceptionally boiling, cuz I'm a wimp and don't like it too hot, but I just want something warmer than "luke" warm. Just a good, hot bath.
Thanx! (Sorry if it's a stupid question)

Re: A hot bath
Not a stupid question IMO. I think that's ok....so long as your body temp doesn't elevate above, I think it's 102...If you limit it to around 10 min or so, you're back should get relief and body temp raise will be limited.
