  South Shore Medical Center in Norwell (where we go) or there is one in Kingston too.  We see James Cox, he is great by older - he was my DH's pedi as well!  But pretty much anyone we have seen there we like.  You will see your primary at your regular appts but will see others for sick visits.  They see you pretty much immediately when you call for sick visits - we've had a lot of those since dd entered a day care center.  They have very good hours - until like 8 most nights of the week (at least for sick visits, but 7:45 a few nights a week for regular visits and they also have Saturday office hours- their office is electronic so they send scripts to your pharmacy immediately so you can pick up by the time you get there and no matter who you see they are up to date with your child due to their system.
