If you've made yellow squash, please help!

I'm a little worried about this one...There's so little "meat". How do I know when it's done in the oven? Can I use all but the skin?

  • I boil it, skin on and then puree seeds, skin and all. If I want to give him cubes, I only do skin and the meat, no seeds.

  • I cut it in half length wise and scoop out the seeds.  Then I put it in a pan with a little water and put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes (until the skin starts to bubble and brown).  I scoop out the pulp and puree that.
