NBR: church recs....

Okay, so not BR, but we moved here from SLC, never found a church there we liked and have been trying to find one here in the area.  If you didn't read my intro, we are in Nampa, both work in Nampa, and have a contract on a home north of the freeway at Middleton and Ustick.  I would like to find a church where we could get involved so we can try to start making friends, etc.  I'm missing out on the social side of things right now being in a new city.

Something non-denominational, christian, more contemporary.  If you have heard of a good one or go to one, let me know!  Or, I'm always open to getting together and scrapbooking if you know of any good places in town!

    I have some friends that go to Harvest Life.  It's on Midland past Lonestar.  I haven't been, so I can't speak personally, but my friends truly enjoy it.  I know they have a lot of home group type activities too.  Hope this helps and welcome to Idaho!

    Thanks!  I will have to look into it.  I think I have heard of it and it is right around the corner from where I work, but I ahve never been there.
