? about vitamin E - lip balm

I'm organizing a spa day for a bunch of moms I know. ?There will be about 30 moms attending, and one of the activities will be to go to a station where they can make their own lip balm.

I have it organized so that they can add their customized flavorings & vitamin E to the hot beeswax/cocoa butter mixture.

Now my question is about the vitamin E capsule. ?I want to make it as easy as possible for them to empty a capsule into their mixing container. ?On hand I have some dry V-E capsules that I take as a dietary supplement. ?These easily pull apart, and the powder can be poured out. ?Can dry V-E be used topically? ?or do I need to get oil capsules, which I would have to slice open which might get mess? ?can I get V-E oil in a bottle with a dropper?

    I don't know about dry, but I am pretty sure I've seen it with a dropper.
