Which baby wrap/slingly/carrier thingy did you get?

We have a Moby on the way, because it looks comfortable and seems like it works especially well for the newborn period. We'll probably try a snugli and then an ergo when he's bigger.

With Julia, I used the hotsling until she was about 4 months and I got the Ergo and fell in love. This time I bought the peanut shell sling to use early on and then will use my Ergo later.

the moby wrap & the bjorn baby carrier thing. from reading more it looks like the ergo thing would be better than the bjorn, but BRU didnt carry it and i registered there. we'll see how things go.

I got the Bjorn at my shower. I think I will get a Moby too or a Hotling too. I think men look better in Bjorns. I saw a guy the other day rocking a Moby and I'm sorry....but he looked like a major girl. I'm refusing to let DH wear a Moby...lol

I started witht he baby bjorn which my little one grew out of really quick. Moved on to the Ergo carrier. Loved it because you can wear it on your back, side or front.

We have a Hotsling - I used it a lot when my daughter was really small, and then again when she was big enough to ride on my hip. We also have a Snugli (a lot like a Bjorn, but about a third of the price - not sure what's up with that) and we used that daily (literally!) until about 9 months.

I have a Maya wrap and a Kelty backpack for hiking. Someone suggested the Maya wraps to me so I figured I would give it a shot.

I really like the Mei Tai style carriers. We ended up getting one from Baby So Smart through Green Baby Bargains. I got it yesterday and I love it! It fits both me and DH, who is 6'4".
