I've always worn a lot of dresses. But, I stopped wearing pants altogether after I had David. First it was just when we went out in public, now it's pretty much all of the time.
I found that none of my pants were fitting PP and since DH loves it when I wear dresses and skirts I wouldn't buy new pants anymore and only buy skirts. I like feeling feminine and he compliments me all the time.
I haven't been through a winter yet, so we'll see how it goes. I have tons of long skirts and I will wear boots and thigh high socks with them (I love crazy socks).
I won't judge that. Do you still have comfy pants for lounging?
::hugs yoga pants tightly::
I wear some pajama pants at times. But on the days where I am at home I have some knee length skirts that are made out of a sweatpant material that I throw on with a T shirt.
I am actually more comfortable in a skirt than in pants. I hate my thighs and skirts sort of hide them and don't cling to them at all.
ETA - I have some gouchos (sp?) that I wear over swimsuits and when we are playing outside in the yard.
So are you bumping in a skirt right now? I am fascinated by this revelation. So do you shave your legs everyday? Seriously.
Wait. You don't wear prarie dresses- Laura Ingles Wilder-style, do you? DO YOU? DO YOU WEAR A GIRDLE?
Today is a workday so I am wearing a dress (not a prarie dress).
I don't wear Little House on the Prarie dresses - if you flip through my pictures in my blog you will get an idea of how I dress. Mostly sundresses, and jersey-type skirts with tops. Sometimes I wear long jean skirts.
I don't shave every day. My leg hair is blonde and very thin, so I can get away with once or twice a week.

I could never do this but won't judge you for it. I could probably live w/o pants (though I have a lot of really cute jeans so I wouldn't want to) but I could not do w/o shorts! I love them (and I live in FL so I need them). Have shorts been out of your wardrobe for a long time? Or did they just now leave with the pants?
My grandma doesn't normally wear pants, though for religious reasons (she is conservative Mennonite) Last Christmas she wore pants because it was so frigid outside and she said she didn't feel like wrestling pantyhose. You should have seen the look of shock on our faces, I had NEVER seen her wear pants before! So no judgment here, and I don't even find it weird

No girdles. I let my gut hang out freely. lol
Ok Ok, the prairie dresses and girdle was a huge reach...but it would be semi-awesome if you did.
I am glad you don't shave everyday. I hate shaving and I shudder at the thought of doing it every.single.day.
I am still astounded that you don't wear pants. I cannot imagine.

I've never really worn shorts. I had one pair of maternity shorts that were given to me by a friend and I wore them a couple times when I was pg with Gabe.
But the tops of my thighs rub together, so I've never felt comfortable in them. I end up having to walk funny to keep them from riding up or pull them down every other step.

MIND MELD
I was just about to post this.

Skinny jeans are for skinny people.
I can't do tapered legs. lol
there is no such thing as cute skinny jeans.?

I dress this way too. No judgment.
My nascent blog
While my pair is sitting lonely in the bottom of my jeans drawer for a year and a half now, I think it can be pulled off.
