If LO doesn't like a new vegetable that you've tried...

do you just move on to another one the next day?  We tried peas for the first time tonight with DD and she didn't like them.  They actually made her gag...lol.  It was too funny.  Should we move on to the next vegetable tomorrow or try the sweet peas again?

  • Try each food she doesn't seem to like at least 8 times.  It takes a bit for them to get used to a new taste/texture.  So yes, try again tomorrow.  :)

  • We eat them every day for the next 5. If I think she's going to freak, I just warm up a tiny bit. Usually, she accepts it by day 3.

  • Try pairing it with a fruit and with each spoon full add less fruit.?

Or try this food again later.?

    This...

plus if it's a new food, you're supposed to try it for 3-5 days for any allergies, right? (not that I know of a pea allergy... lol!)

DS hates peas too! Now he'll eat them with carrots or other stuff mixed in!
