So glad I didn't buy that lovey.

The discontinued one that I could only find online for $25???

He is obsessed with his blankie.  A corcheted blanket my grandmother made him for my shower ... I always put it in his crib since it's so loosely put together, it's been nice to have for him.  He has started pulling it out of his crib through the slats, throwing it around himself, and taking it everywhere in the house with him.  Lovey is still around, but is kinda forgotten. 

What do you think the chances are of my 77yo grandmother making me a backup BLANKIE?  lol.

    LOL. 

    DS's lovey is also a blanket someone made for him and he does the same thing...pulls it out through the crib slats.  How cute that he did choose that instead of some "lovey" from the store!  :)

    HaHa, I asked my SECRETARY to make me a duplicate because the blanket she crocheted for DS is the one he has self-selected as his lovey, too.  She just laughed and said she'd get to it after she makes one for her new granddaughter.
