Just curious as to what the going rate may be now? I'm meeting with a college gal tomorrow from our church to talk about the occasional job watching Brock, who is 9 weeks old. She had mentioned that she is payed $8/hr for 2 children - 11 yrs old and 8 months old, but that each family she works for has a different going rate. Kinda nervous about it all since we haven't had anyone care for Brock, except for my mother when she has come to visit.

this is a first aid/CPR trained lady from daycare

Expensive, but worth it, especially for such a young infant.

We pay $10/hour for our babysitter (we have one child). She is has a bachlors in Education, CPR certified and is a nanny during the day.

We have 2, one is $10/hr and the other is $15/hr, both for 1 child
