Which brings up a question I've always had - what do you and Jenni call each other when you chat IRL? Yes - while I could be putting my brain power (such as it is) toward lofty goals of fostering world peace or help alleviate hunger in my community, I wonder what Jenni and Glad call each other on the phone. And will nest names be used at canning camp? Do you know how hard it would be to call you, Glad, by your real name?

it's funny that you posted this because this is my second time through this post and i was just thinking i wonder if they're both jennifers or if jenni is actually 'just' jenni and if they will have to call each other the same thing just cuz it's more funny since they're wifeys.
also i completely agree that i will always think of you guys by your nest names and if i laugh at a post out loud and dh is like what's so funny i'm like 'oh glad just said xyz' and he's like 'glad??' yeah. and even though there's real names on fb i have a hard time reconciling most of them with nest names which is everyone's 'true' name to me and it feels like the fb names are just like AE's or something lol..

DH keeps talking about planningbug because he knows we are rooming together at canning camp. For some reason he thinks it's really funny to say "planningbug is on line one" at random throughout the day.

I call my wifey "Jenn." She calls me "Jennifer."
The one I have such a hard time with is Bug. She just *is* Bug. She's cute as a bug (in such an amazingly good way), and calling her by her given name seems to somehow not be as perfect.
Clearly, her parents were mistaken when they named her.

it's true. i have some trouble with your given name too tho cuz i'll see your fb post and my head goes "oh papagena just posted something" so.
also. i bet that for those who have not gtg irl already i feel like one of the weirdest things is meeting online people and hearing their voices. somehow the voices i have in my head for people are never.ever.right and the first time they talk it's sooo weird to me.

it helps when people have the same profile pic as they use in their nest siggies! hehe.. or sometimes i can recognize babies posted to fb and identify the nest person that matches that..
