Very upset - need a Rec

So, I just found out that my RE doesn't accept my new insurance. I'm so upset because after I lost my job I knew we would have to change over to my DH's insurance, but we did everything we could to keep it the same so I could continue going to my RE. We kept Blue Cross Ins. but changed from an HMO to a PPO. I thought by picking a PPO instead of the HMO we would be in better shape.... appartently not. I called my RE's office and they told me they only accepted Blue Cross HMOs because the medical group that we were previously part of was approved and they paid the claims. They do not take PPOs!

So long story short (too late!), I now need to find a new RE in the Los Angeles area. I had a recommendation for my previous RE and he was great... I'm hoping I can find another recommendation. If you have a good RE to recommend or have heard of a good clinic, please let me know. TIA.

It also looks like I will have to wait another cycle to start my IUI :-(

Sorry, I don't have a specific rec for you--but have you tried checking out the website for your insurance plan? A lot of ins. companies have a "find a doctor" feature where you can search for a doctor in your area who takes your insurance.
