  • Ha ha! You're funny, Jen! (Except I, being the wimp I am, kinda considered having GD a little difficult... The constant bloodletting and diet-watching made me insane. So did the checkups to see that Quinn was still okay and the awesome looming threat of a C-section.) I know it wasn't anything close to having to be on bedrest, but it was a little hard, no?

of course it's hard, but it hardly qualifies as having a "difficult pregnancy" unless, like BrendaK, you had it from the first trimester.

I consider a difficult pregnancy to be bedrest, PTL, water breaking <37w, etc. etc. Having GD is irritating, but with good management, is a minor bump on the road.

  • Ah yes, the pregnant ones always hate being told that wanting a preemie is selfish.  BUT MY BACK HURTS!!111

Ha ha ha!!! You are such the supermom!!! I am a wimp!!! I thought it was an ultimate test of will power having to hold off from the donuts, hot chocolate and other yummy Christmas sweets. Dude, you do remember we had GD over the holidays, right?

    Hee hee...
