Can you help me with an answer?

So i've noticed that my nipples must be leaking what I can only assume as colostrum in very small amounts causing it to dry up on my nips - not crusty, but its there in solid form.. I shower twice a day (morning and night) but they are super sensitive to the spray of the shower head.. I can sometimes pick it off/out of my nipple, but should I be doing anything else at this point to clean them? Will it get worse (more leakage) as I get closer to my baby being born?? Or do I just leave it and continue to wash as usual (pre pg routine with body wash and netted loofer)?

Of course this is all new to me, so your advise is welcomed and appreciated!

I would try to leave it alone. Just wash regularly, but don't scrub and don't pick.

I've noticed this too, I just leave it alone and wash as usual.

Don't pick at them (this is true after birth as well), it will just make them more sore and tender. Just wash as usual.
