What a jerk face.

So yesterday I was at the grocery store and these people came in it was a dad, mom, little boy, and a friend riding around in one of those electric chair thingys who obviously did not need it. They were loud and obnoxious and honestly the two guys seemed like they were high. So I am looking at yogurt and the dad comes over to a girl who was working and says (and I quote) "hey hott stuff how would you like to be my boys new mama" I just about gagged and the girl looked mortified. A few seconds later the mom came walking behind him oblivious to what just happened. I of course tried to avoid them through out the store because they were so loud and quite frankly embarrasing them selves. A few isle's later the guy came up to me (Addy was in the baby Bjorn) and starts touching her hand and was talking really loud saying stuff like just wait until she walks. He basically scared the crap out of her and she started crying. This is what I said "Please take your hands off my child" Then I looked at the mom and said "I feel bad for you, you should go ask the girl in the dairy section what he just said to her" She looked a little stunned and I just walked away. Trying to ignore the sling of curses coming from the guy.

What a creep.

    omg, if you really said all that - you  my dear have balls of steel!  I would be so scared of what some stranger would do to me or my child if I tried to disrupt their marriage... (more than they were doing themselves.)  geeewww!

    I think you have put the wife in a really difficult position.

    Yeah it's the Irish temper. I feel bad about how i reacted but honestly if it were me I would want to know.

    It is true. Normally I am not that ballsy at all but I had a horrible day and just lost it.

    True but wouldn't you want to know if your husband said something like this to some random girl. The only reason I could see this as bad is if he were abusive towards her which isn't something the OP would have known.

    I would be surprised if she didn't already know or suspect.  TBH, I don't know that I would want a complete stranger to tell me about my family's negative behavior.  I don't know how effective it would be other than inciting anger and/or shame.
