Recommend your not to expensive BPA free sippys....

I came home today with a 2pack Nuby brand sippy. Once I got home I realized that it didnt say BPA free. Does that mean that it isn't BPA free? I wonder if BRU with take back an opened (but unused) package.

Recommend your sippys. My DS is 10 months by the way...

We have Nuby Straw Sippys. Certain ones are BPA free, other are not. We skipped right to straws.

We have a couple different kinds of Playtex BPA-free plastic sippies. They work fine and though I would love less plastic (a la the Safe Sippy), this was much more cost effective

I bought an Avent sippy for DD, it wasn't too expensive and is BPA free. I had a hard time finding one that wasn't MIC (I think Nuby is MIC), so Avent it is because Avent is made in England.

I'm pretty sure that BRU has a policy to only sell BPA free feeding items though.

Lili uses a Safe Sippy, but it was pricey. I think it was $16 at BRU, but I know they have reduced the price.

we have a couple of the BPA free Nuby ones, and a Thermos Foogo. We like them both for different reasons. The Foogo one is HEAVY, so watch out if it gets tossed on your foot. (or on the dog, poor baby) and its more pricey. But, its nice because it actually keeps stuff cold for a long time. DS is big time into ice-cold beverages.

I was pretty sure Nuby is all BPA free because they're made in Europe? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I do love our stainless steel ones but yes, are heavy and not cheap and if they have any design on the outside, it scratches off within days.

Nuby = MIC

I am pretty sure that BRUS is only selling BPA free stuff now (or at least our local one is). There was a period of time when they had very few pacifiers, sippy's bottles, etc., and they told me it was because they were switching to only BPA free stock.

We have the Munchkin ones. They are the sport one I think...without the straw, just a flexible nozzle of sorts to drink from. I got sick of cleaning straws with a q-tip to get them clean.
