Dang, I forget the brand I just bought yesterday, but I just picked whatever was available on my grocery store shelf! It has 23 g. of protein and only 2 g. of carbs. I make mine in my vitamix blender - 8 ounce milk, two ice cubes, scoop of chocolate protein. I tried just stirring it in and it was all lumpy and nasty. Protein is really hard to mix unless you use a blender.

I drank Boost high protein shakes (I only liked the chocolate ones). They have a lot of protein in them, but they also have lots of carbs and sugar too. If you are not worried about gaining weight with them (or if you don't have GD) then they are great.
I drank them to try to gain weight and for the protein.

I've purchased both the Atkins ones (chocolate) and the Kirkland/Costco brand ones (chocolate). Both very low carb and high protein. Took a little getting used to (different taste), but very good!

The Magic Bullet blender is amazing for protein shakes. I usually add a spoonful of peanut butter for an extra protein boost (also really good to add a few slices of banana) and it completely whips it up, no chunks of powder to be seen!
My favorites are Syntrax Nectar Caribbean Cooler, all protein No carbs, and Designer Whey Caramel Chocolate Peanut Butter. The Syntrax mixes well with water if u shake the bejesus out of it. The Designer Whey mixes and tastes better with milk, but milk throws my #'s out of wack, so water it is. That one is totally good if u add a scoop of PB to it. And, if it wasn't for GD, I would totally add raw oats, and banana too. But, that's neither here nor there.
