So, I just got a pair of the full panel mat jeans from Gap - they look great. Well, I put them on and they don't stay up. It's like I pull them up and they slowly creep down (and take my underwear w/ them) so that the denim part ends right at my buttcrack. SO not comfy.
Will they get more comfy as I get bigger? Or am I just barking up the wrong tree? I recall a lot of ppl recommended this style a while back when I asked about mat jeans, so I'm hoping maybe my gut just isn't the ideal size yet. Any help?
Re: My maternity jeans problem
I had a pair of full panel cargo pants from there and I used my bella band to help keep them up until my belly did the trick on it's own.
I had old navy jeans and I don't recall having a problem with them. I actually started wearing those pretty early on too.
DANG... you know what I need w/ these is one of those bodysuit shirts. A maternity onesie. It's the pulling the underwear down that's the worst
Maybe I'll revisit the bella band for some reinforcement for a while. I can't tell whether the legs are too tight and hence pulling the pants down or the elastic is too loose hence not doing its job.
Catching up on sports news...
i got mine at a pea in the pod (and paid a pretty penny - well my mom did). But they don't ride down like that and my belly is still fairly non-existent - though my regular jeans certainly don't fit anymore.

I fold the panel down. They do "settle" when I'm sitting so I have to gracefully hike them up as I stand, but that's not really bothering me. It sounds like yours should fit better as your belly grows
i had the same problem. i ended up folding the panel down and putting my bella band on top. that usually kept them up.
These are the ones I had too. All of my pants were Secret Fit--I LOVED the full panel. But, the jeans (not so much any other pants) just fell down constantly... Boo.
