So last Friday night while I'm sleeping my hands start to go numb. I wake up to the most excruciating pain in my wrists and hands. Lovely. Carpal Tunnel has arrived. My OB said to drink lots of fluids to keep the swelling down and to try those wrist braces if I want. But she added, they really don't work. Lovely. So now I can't hold onto anything. I feel like a little old lady with arthritis. And supposedly it goes away after the babe is born. Anybody else in the same boat? We could start a Carpal club!

I have it. The three numb fingers on my right hand gave it away.

This just started for me. It's worse in the morning when I get up. It's only on my left hand, which is the hand I write with unfortunately. Sigh.

This pregnancy thing is crazy. I swear everyday there's something new to deal with! At least I'm not the only one getting this.

I have it too, and in both hands...the worst is at night. I tend to sleep on my hands. ugh.

i have the same problem but it started at 25 weeks, so consider yourself lucky you are at the end. i swear by the wrist braces but have to wear them almost all the time fopr them to be effective. anyone who has this feels your pain. GL
