good flu advice
Not sure if anyone has been thinking about the h1n1 thing or just the flu in general, but my sister forwarded me this article and the advice in there about what to do is good, I thought. I haven't talked to my pedi yet about flu shots and the h1n1 vaccine. It makes me nervous but the thought of Nicholas with the flu makes me very nervous too.
Anyway, this is pretty common sense, but sometimes seeing stuff like that all in one place is helpful.
