    They don't.  The ABC in Southfield does though.

    They have them at Troy Beaumont- not sure about Royal Oak.

    pp is right the ABC in Southfield has Hydrotherapy tubs,  but technically  you aren't allowed to do deliver in the tubs.

    But ,my midwife told me , if it happens to happen while you are laboring in there then they would go with it.

    I can't say enough great stuff about the ABC Unit at Southfield.  The tub was awesome for my second delivery and a real lifesaver if you are looking to go drug free!!
