Help! I am not technologically advanced!

I am trying to figure out how to put up the pics from my surprise telling of the soon-to-be-grandparents.  The only problem is.....I don't know how.  If anyone would be kind enough to guide me through this I would appreciate it.  I finally figured out how to put a pic in above my screen name.  That was kind of easy.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

    Oh goodness! I am so sorry for this.  I thought I was posting on SAL, but got used to coming to this board that I accidentlly posted here.  I did not mean to rub anything in your faces by posting this.  I am sooooo sorry.  Tongue Tied
