What is this place called?

My neighbor mentioned a place yesterday that is about 3 hours from Leesburg & Disney characters dress up and you can eat with them and meet them. The town starts with a "W" and the name of it has "gardens" in it. Can anyone help me? TIA

My guess is that the town is Williamsburg and the place is Busch Gardens?

I don't know that Busch Gardens has Disney characters though...

ETA: I just looked it up, and it looks like they have Sesame Street characters:

Sesame Place is closer just outside of Philly.
