Damn Starbucks!

Someone mentioned the Pumpkin Spice Lattes recently. ?Well, ever since then, I've been thinking about them and about my all-time fall fave, the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. ?Why did I have to go onto the Starfucks website and look at the nutritional info? ?A venti (because I would never not get the largest size) is 720 calories and 32 grams of fat!

Oh well....it's becoming clearer to me every day?how I gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy! ??

    lol! no kidding..i gained 42, and was due in december, so i had more than my share of salted caramel hot chocolates!! at least i got a tall, i'm sure that's *only* like 25g of fat lol.
    Mom to 2 beautiful girls, 3 yrs and 22 months old. My 2nd was born at 32 weeks due to Rhogam failure/severe complications from Rh disease and is our miracle. She has bilateral auditory neuropathy and a cochlear implant, activated 4/5/2012 at 19 months. Lilypie First Birthday tickers

    Yeah yeah.  I got sh!t from a friend on FB for leaving a status updated saying I worked out and wanted coffee in the form a Pumpkin spice latte..Jeesh way to be glass half empty.  At least I worked out so ALL of the calories don't stick to me. IMO at least. 

    Just get a grande next time...LOL.

    You do know that most of those drinks you can get made with skim milk and it cuts off a bunch of calories and tastes the same IMO.
