TTC After a Loss

It amuses me that the loss boards are set up

to be on a graduating scale.  Its funny to be apart of a forum where people say 'welcome! Now hopefully your @ss will be out of here in no time'.

  • I have to agree. It is funny that they are steps. Sometimes, do you feel like a 20 year old stuck in their senior year, having to repeat it over and over again, never graduating to college? No? Oh, maybe it is just me. ;)

  • Yes. We should have expiration dates that we have to all have moved on to SAL automatically.  Even if I ever get onto SAL, I hope to be out of there quickly(well, at least nine months) and on to PAL!
  • I love how its set up.  I always tell DH "so and so graduated today" (like he even knows who im talking about).  Im ready to graduate to SAL, myself.  Like california said, its like repeating senior year, again and again.

  • I TOTALLY feel like I am the retarded kid at school who just can't quite pass and make it to the next grade.
  • Does that mean that the repeat seniors have to buy booze for the freshman newbies??
  • I've often thought about this, and apparently have a pessimistic view on it.  As if a m/c doesn't make you feel incompetent enough, having to stay on a board longer than usual makes me feel like even more of a failure.  And then to get "remanded" back to PL & TTCAL after a subsequent loss makes the "levels" even more painful.

I think the newbies have to steal booze for the repeat seniors. . .

Those. I agree with Josh Wheadon (Oh I am onto you. I know thats where you got the grr aargh). Steel the booze from mom and dads liquor cabinet and meet me under the bleachers during 3rd period.
