get anything accomplished with Cinti Bell if I can never get through.

I waited for 20 minutes yesterday on hold and finally hung up. I finally got the "call back" option, only they didn't call even close to when they said they would and I had to leave. I was able to get the "call back" option again when I was home...again didn't call even close to when they said they would, and I had stuff to do.

I have called 5 or 6 times today, not getting the call back option, and at the current time I have been on hold with no live person for 35 minutes.

THEY SUCK!

I've been trying to call them for the past 2 weeks with no avail and I dont even have an account with them!

Must be in the air today.

I was on hold with Lane Bryant (online ordering) for over 10 min only for the guy to tell me there was nothing they could do.

Whatever happened to GOOD customer service?

Are you calling customer service or for schedule repair? The customer service group is a bunch of local idiots and the repair call-in group is in the Phillipines, so don't expect help there either. My DH lost his job to the group in the Philipines. I am sorry you are having trouble.
