First just let me say that I'm somewhat disturbed by my topic's subject. But I guess that's motherhood, right? LOL!
Anyway, Aaron is OK. In fact, last night he made two hard stools (not good for an infant) and after the nurse took his temperature (rectally) he REALLY pooped?and not hard. My $30 copay was worth it for the poop.
So he was just a bit constipated but the pediatrician (one of 5 in the practice) said to keep him on the Enfamil Gentlease and gave me some samples of this glucose water and said to have Aaron sip a bit of that throughout the day. It should, apparently, help keep him regular.
I hope so!

LOL, Mari!
I just hope he adjusts to the formula and this isn't something I'll have to be too concerned about. But I plan to use the thermometer trick in the future, if I have to!

Thank goodness. He must feel so much better now (and you too!)
Glad it all came out OK (there is no shortage of puns and jokes to be made here - it's irresistible
We've noticed that as the BM:formaula ratio gets progressively more skewed to formula that Ada has a tough time getting things moving. Once she does though, look out!! It actually got on the curtains last week
Of course, we were all excited that she was pooping!
ROFLMAO!
Robyn, Glad everything turned out well ...
