I just started it a couple of days ago....it's a tough workout for me! You do 3 min of cardio, 2 min of strength and 1 minute of ab intervals along with a warm-up and cool-down. It really gave me a good arm workout but I am starting from scratch and totally out of shape.
I did making the cut (another jillian michaels workout) before I was pregnant and it was amazing so I'm sure the shred will kick your butt! I plan on trying it when DD is a little older (she's 5 weeks) and I don't want to workout that intense just yet.
