  Are you putting her in underwear?

  I started off putting DD in undies and taking her to the potty every 20 minutes and made her sit on the potty sometimes she went.. We had a few accidents, but it finally clicked on day 3 of straight pottying every 20 minutes.

  We stayed home for like a week and worked on it. It's very frustrating though. I also kept a little potty in the car too so we could go on the road.

  yeah i tried puttping panties on her then a pull up so she could get the feel of it. how old was yours when you started??

  I don't think it's too early to start, especially if she hates diapers.  It's either diapers or the potty...

  I second putting her in panties, and going to the bathroom at regular intervals.  When I trained Ava, she was a bit older than your daughter, but I just put her in panties, and set my cell phone to chime every 30 mins or so.  I told her it was the "potty bell" and we had to sit on the potty every time it went off.  She went on the potty that very same day.  I made her wear the panties all day (which she liked), and she had a couple of accidents (which she did not like), so after she had an accident, I would take her to the potty and explain what happened.  It literally took just a couple of days and she would tell me when it was time to go.  It's worth a shot.  Good luck!
