How long did it take you to finish thank you cards?

I feel kind of bad that our shower was a little over 2 weeks ago and I am just now finishing them up and hopefully mailing out tomorrow, assuming we have enough stamps.

    thats appropriate for sure! for one of my showers i had them out within a week but the other bigger one it took me at least two weeks!!!

    I believe etiquette says you have 6 weeks, so I say at 2 weeks you're doing pretty good!  Mine was last weekend and I've got most of them done, but haven't mailed them yet.

    I had my shower on a Sat and they were mailed on the Mon. If I didn't do it that way then they would not get done

    I don't think 2 weeks is bad at all. As long as you have them in the mail within a month I think that is reasonable.

    It took me two weeks to get them into the mailbox. I've noticed some people definitely take longer than that, so I thought 2 weeks is OK. Of course, I thought I would mail them within 2 days, but that just didn't happen.

    That's good to hear.  I had a small shower at work and I banged those out a few days later, but for this other shower, I've had to write 20-30 of them.  I think I'm ready to mail them all tomorrow.  The shower was 2 weeks ago this past Saturday.

    3 weeks and 3 days for about 40 thank you notes... I was working the first week and in the hospital the 3rd week, so I was hoping people will cut me some slack... honestly, my BFFs sister sent me a thank you note for a baby gift we sent her with 1 yr old photos in it (as in, it took her a year to do them), so I figure as long as I beat that I was safe :)
