Rash?

in 3rd Trimester
anyone get a rash on their hands and feet?  I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction or another perk of pregnancy:)

    I had one early on in pregnancy, back in 1st tri. It was small red bumps, my dr. said to use a cortisone cream. That seemed to help it went away after about a week or two.
