I have the same one and love it! Its so worth it to hear the hb after a stressful day or inbetween appts to know baby is doing ok in there. I'm so glad I got it, oh and we heard the hb at 9w2d and everyday since, now I find it within 30 seconds.
I have the hi bebe. Lots of girls here have it - you can get it from amazon or ebay for around $100.
I do think it's worth the money. The baby has been pretty quiet today so I pulled it out to ease my worries and found a nice strong hb.

I bought one from dynamicdoppler.com and it was 100% worth the money. I got the one without the display (we just counted heartbeats) and it was about $200.
