AF is bringing me new presents.

I have this awful nausea and lightheaded/dizziness all day, which I don't usually get. Had pretty intense cramps today and temp drops so AF is raising her hand to knock on my door.

I had to fight the urge to vomit while walking in CVS to buy tampons, then again in the parking lot at the grocery store and then really bad walking past the meat counter.

I ate dinner, and I still don't feel better. It's not like an upset stomach nausea or an ear/dizzy nausea -- it's in my throat. And I really want to stop squelching it and just puke already.

Why, oh why, does AF have to hit me when I'm down? I get to get wonderful new AF symptoms to go with the heartbreaking knowledge of not being KU this cycle.

Who else gets nausea with AF and what helps you?

    You're still above your coverline...you're not out till AF actually shows!  I get nausea w/ AF as well.  It's usually a huge rush of nausea and is gone in a couple of minutes.  Cold helps me.  So I put a fan in my face, or turn the AC in my car on.  Even if it is winter.

    That sucks!  Honestly, greasy food and wine.  Greasy food is my hangover cure and PMS symptoms cure.  Wine just because I still can.  Enjoy!

    I had a BFN yesterday, and some heavy cramps today so I'm not holding out hope (especially at 13 dpo today). :(

    I've actually had off and on nausea/crappy feeling since Saturday, but I flew to Vegas Thursday - Saturday night and I sometimes get a bit off from flying so I wasn't exactly sure if this was from that. However, this is definitely different today.

    And I'm already freezing cold. I've had a bone chill since yesterday, thanks to this wonderful chilly streak in Michigan. Nice -- I go from 110 degrees to 60 degrees.

    Stupid, stupid AF.

    I had greasy food for lunch and dinner yesterday and pizza for lunch today so I thought I'd be good and made spaghetti for dinner.

    But you just gave me a thought -- ice cream sounds really, really good right now. Wonder if I can get DH to wake up and go get me some?! Smile

    That sounds terrible! I read in a magazine that bananas can help with nausea during AF.  Something about your stomach lining.  Anyway, good luck and feel better soon!
