    Awwwe I am getting choked up! Thank you for your concern!

    We are safe. The fire is growing and moving in all directions, but it's burning up mountains and dried brush. There are at least 4 cities between us and the mountains, and if it did spread to a city (God forbid, knock on wood), it wouldn't have enough to keep going.

    And yes, I have 3 extra inhalers around, just in case.

    Fires are scary sh!t. 

    I had bushfires near my home when I lived in Australia.  Never been so scared in my life.

    Yikes! Be safe.  We were living in La Jolla 2 years ago when those fires came really close and we were breathing ash for weeks.
