I love their black bean soup! DS is obsessed with their Joe O's. He has a fit when he sees the box. Their hummus is also really good. Oh and they have these apple cranberry bran muffns that are so yummy and the cereal bars
LOVE trader joe's! I recommend:
for cheaper prices than the supermarket:
organic fruit
organic milk
edamame
cereal bars (and they are yummier!)
dried fruit
nuts
frozen pizza
cat cookies
whole milk fruit yogurt
Just cause it's yummy:
whole wheat pizza dough
mac and cheese (frozen)
whole grain French toast (frozen)
guacamole
mini chicken tacos (frozen)

If they sell wine at the one your are going to try the $2.99 wine...I LOVE it...and miss it they have great frozen veggies too...my son loves to eat the green beans still frozen
DS loves their blueberry waffles, animal crackers, mango sorbet, yogurt (just as good as yo baby but cheaper), dried fruit, and I always get my pasta there...among many other things. Enjoy yourself!!!
I have not gotten anything from there that I haven't loved.
The frozen veggie lasagna is good, frozen mandarin chicken w/ a bag of fried rice is enough for 2 meals, turkey meatballs, if you like fish, stock up on frozen fish fillets..it is so much cheaper. I love the Granny's apple cereal, and DD loves the frozen mango cubes and bars. They have a pineapple mango salsa that is so good, and their lemonade is to die for.
Re: going to trader joe's tomorrow any rec's?
The frozen turkey meatballs. The macaroni and cheese in the packets. Light cheese sticks. The fruit bars mentioned above.
These are all favorites of my DS.
Their blueberry waffles/french toast (frozen)
Gorilla munch cereal (tastes like captain crunch)
Enchiladas (all their frozen Mexican stuff is good)
Whole wheat pizza dough--in the refrigerated section in produce. Raw dough. Take a handful at home and make mini pizza for your baby.
Salad dressing: sesame ginger miso something or other. SO good and not bad for you.
If you want to be bad, really really bad...French Truffles. Holy crap you'll die. So good.
I used to work there!! I LOVE it!

Agree with PP, the french truffles are to die for..........one of my fav choc candies of all time!
Also, sweet potato fries, tuscany salad dressing, all kinds of nuts/trail mix and cheese sticks.
I also know that their brand of yogurt is made by Stonyfield and is a lot cheaper. I love the greek style yogurt.
