Last week while I was out with friend DH planned an early anniversary (Oct 15) get away for us. My parents are going to watch DD while we spend this weekend in Charleston. I know that a bunch of you have been there... so I am looking for restaurant recommendations as well as fun things to do during the day.
Thanks!!
Re: NBR: Charleston Recs
High Cotton, Slightly North of Broad, Magnolias, Poogan's Porch - (brunch)?
mmm they have such good food there!?
Definitely do a carriage ride! ?
I recommend SNOB (slightly north of broad) to eat at too....
we've done historic/carriage rides too, and those are fun, see the beautiful old houses, etc.
There's beautiful parks by the water, and a long dock with a bunch of porch swings - fun to go on when it's dark, after dinner...
there's an outdoor 'market' during the daytime which is also fun to shop at
have so much fun!
