In your opinion what is the most daycare friendly diaper. I am going to ask the daycare (there is daycare at the school I teach at) if they will use cloth. 

What do you ask them to do with your used diaper? Are they less freaked out by an AIO diaper?

    I would think they'd be less freaked out by an AIO or an already stuffed pocket.  And I'd send a medium-large wetbag for the dirties.

    My daycare provider will be using a OS pocket diaper on DD.  She will just throw it and the cloth wipes in a wet bag when they are dirty.  I will take the wet bag home, unstuff the diapers and wash them and bring back clean the next day.  I'm very lucky because my daycare provider is willing to use any kind of CD, but I would suspect a pocket or AIO would be the most daycare friendly if they are leery about using CDs.
