trumpette socks-- size?

DD will be 12m in Feb.  She's pretty true to size in most things. 

She'll probably need socks from Oct - May (8m-15m).  Should I get her 0-12m socks or 12-24m socks?  I think 12-24m, but if they are too big will they fall off?

    Hey there,

     I loved the Trumpette socks for when N wasn't wearing shoes yet so I think I probably bought the smaller size. She can still fit into them, but now the cuteness of the socks is covered up by her shoes and I mainly just put her in basic white ones. Maybe just get her some to get her through until she starts walking and wearing shoes every day. After that time, I don't think they're really necessary.

    Hey!  Thanks-- so good to know.  I guess since they look like shoes, I should've put it together that she doesn't need to wear shoes with them!  We have some soft-soled baby shoes, so maybe I'll bypass the trumpettes.  I have a suspicion DD will walk early, just based on how physical she is already!  (nearly crawling and loves to "stand"!)
