What's for dinner????

I have no idea. I have been thinking about a hamburger all day but that would mean going to the store for hamburger meat and buns. I have plenty of stuff at home but can't get on board with anything.

    ?

    1lb uncooked ground beef

    1 bag frozen mixed veggies

1 box dry onion soup mix

    1 can mushroom soup

    milk

    1 bag of tater tots

Throw ground beef into bottom of casserole dish, top with mixed veggies. In a bowl mix onion soup mix and mushroom soup. Add 1/2 the mushroom soup can of milk. Mix together. Pour over top of veggies and meat. Top with tater tots. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350 or until meat is cooked. (Using a glass pan makes it so much easier to make sure meat is cooked through.) Soooooo good. Haven't had it in awhile but totally craving it tonight! ?

  • I am cooking a cheesy chicken, rice and broccoli skillet dinner.
  • Some sort of pasta to be determined...

  • I got hamburger yesterday not sure what I am going to cook yet sloppy joes or tacos.  Both already sound like heartburn waiting to happen so not sure.
  • I'm trying out a new Rachel Ray recipe tonight for Penne Ricotta with Tomatoes al Forno.  It sounds like cheesy deliciousness and I can hardly wait!
  • Spaghetti.  We were away all weekend and I'm beat!  I love my freezer (and my habit of stocking it).  I got in the habit of freezing extra meals when I was PG with DD#2 and just kinda kept it up.  I just thawed some homemade sauce so quick, easy and cheap.  Always good.  This week is going to be an easy dinner week...  I'm working a lot.
  • Shrimp fried rice (although I'll be eating mine without the shrimp, since apparently I can't stomach shrimp right now).
