Anyone Else?

My work is setting up a betting pool for what day the baby will be born. They bet on EVERYTHING so I should have seen this coming. I'm not sure to what extent they will take it, but so far the date, and time have been discussed. Someone mentioned wieght and gender (we're not finding out) but I don't think they will include that.

It doesn't bother me so much as it's just odd to be the focus of a bet.

Anyone else have people taking bets on baby?

    If i was at my old job, there would be a pool. We put money on just about anything.

    When I was expecting DS, my coworkers started a baby pool and posted it outside my cube - it was on due date, weight, and sex (which most already knew was boy b/c we found out).  My former boss was expecting a baby with his wife a month before me and they did the same for his baby. I don't think there was any sort of prize though, other than bragging rights!

    It was all in fun, it didn't bother me at all.

    we are doing it to, at a friends urging, I'm keeping track. I just sent out an email and asked, boy or girl, due date and timeframe (4 hour window). everyone is having such fun with it!
