NBR: T&P Please

in 2nd Trimester
My DH works as an HR manager in a call center.  Last week, his employee received death threats from someone who had applied for a job and hadn't received a call.  DH just texted me and said the guy showed up at the building and they are waiting for the cops to come.  DH and his employee are holed up in an office.  Any T&P would be appreciated.

    The cops showed up and have served the guy with a trespassing warrant.  I'm not sure why they didn't charge him with something more, especially since they have the voicemails he left threatening her. 

    My DH said he is former military and has a weapons background.  Scary!  I know that this economy makes people do crazy things, but this is a bit much. 

    Hopefully he won't be back.

    I'm glad the cops showed up and he didn't hurt anyone.  How scary.  Can the employee file for a restraining order since he threatened her?  Are they in a building where they can put locks on the doors so people have to have a code to get in?

    The guy should go to the courthouse and get either a protective order or more charges sworn out. If he has the evidence he should take it with him. This guy is VERY scary and needs to be charged with more serious offenses.

    Thankfully, the building is pretty secure and you can't get past security without an electronic badge to open the doors.  DH said that the guy went out to his car/returned twice before the cops got there.  Not sure if he had any weapons or not, but it seems like it is over for today. 

    I know DH said his company will be pressing charges, so I don't know what the process is for that.  Unfortunately, this isn't the first and probably won't be the last time he gets death threats.
