Okay, so I wear the boy short underwear and gaucho pants to work (loose and flowy since it's 800 degrees at work)...well I'm scared that my mucus plug will fall out and my underwear won't be able to contain it and since my pants are flowy it'll just fall onto the floor while I am cutting somebodys hair. I would be forced to walk out and never go back because of the embarassment, am I pulling at strings here or is the mucus plug too big for underwear to contain for a quick minute or 2?
Re: is this an irrational fear or actually possible?
This made me laugh so hard! haha
Personally, I don't think my mucus plug was heavy enough to push past boyshort underwear and down my pants leg!

I have no idea, but I just bought some boyshorts yesterday and I'm wearing them today!
Now you've put another fear in my head for a month or so down the road, LOL!
This. Although I haven't lost mine personally from what I have read I don't really see it as an issue, it isn't like a wine cork or anything. Sometimes people don't even know they loose theirs.
Having lost mine, I must say I would be SHOCKED if this happened, haha.
It will probably come out in pieces, and if you get a bigger piece, it's still not BIG big, and not heavy.
I wouldn't lose too much sleep over this.
This. Regardless of how loose your pants are, your underwear should cling to you. My boyshorts hug me all over and don't get loose.
I lost mine a week before my water broke and it didn't crawl down my legs.. and then my body tried to reform one, multiple times a day, for most of my 10 day hospital stay. ?I never had it "fall" out onto the bed or anything. ?I think as long as you wear a pantyliner/pad you'll be fine.
