So I ignored your, I'm sure, wonderful advice and we practiced our horizontal stripes for the nursery this weekend.  We did a small section just to make sure we like all the colors and I'm only really doing 3 stripes.

I think my DH has been reading up on them or something because he took his credit card over the tape to help make sure there were not air bubbles, which worked fabulously.  And then we had a 5 minute disagreement about whether you pull off the tape when the paint is still wet or when it is dry, and so I googled which didn't help at all.  DH pulled it off wet and it worked, so I guess he is the master stripe maker or something.
