  • I don't have any advice but wanted to tell you I'm sorry you're having to go through this.  That really sucks!
  • I would also recommend a pregnancy pillow. I have the snoogle and I LOVE it!!!

  • I have two standard size pillows - one cheap one and one memory foam one - and I have a Snoogle (which is so d*mn big, it should really qualify as 3 pillows by itself).  And unfortunately, I am in this exact same boat with you.  It does not matter what I do, I can not get good sleep.  And never fail, as soon as I enter into restful sleep, I have to get up and pee.

DH swears it's nature's way of preparing us for being up all night once LO gets here!

Sorry I'm not more help, but you are not alone!!!!

  • I had been having problems sleeping for several weeks and was feeling very frustrated also!  Tylenol P.M. is something on my OB's approved list of meds that we can take while pregnant (apparently the drowsy part of the medicine is one of the same ingredients used in Benadryl).  For 2 nights in a row, I took one pill rather than the recommended two pills.  This was successful in getting my body retrained for sleeping striaght through the night.  I will tell you to be prepared for 2-3 minute pee breaks first thing when you wake up tho!!!!  I understand that everyone's body responds differently....but since you seem so frustrated, I had to share what I found to work for me last week.  Good luck and sweet dreams!
