F/U OMG Bikini...TMI (Long)

So you may or may not remember but last Friaday was my 70's porn stars pubes d-day! I had signed up for a regular bikini wax.

After all the encouragement for you guys, i was ready for the deed....also i took a tylanol just in case.

Well first off the place i went to was just lovely, super friendly and not at all stuck up boutique www.waxinthecity.com they even got me a lovely ice cold bottle of water...ahh the pregnant womans friend!

They took me into the room, and handed me a pair of throw away panties and some baby wipes to freshen up, now the panties did make me chuckle as when i unwrapped them they were about a size 0, but i thought what the heck and pulled them on, suprise..suprise they actually stretched and fitted across my belly...horrah!

The technicial (Alice) came in and asked what i wanted and how "tidy" i wanted to go, i explained i was a complete poof and last time it really hurt, so she said she would make it look pretty and not like i was related to a yeti!

So using hard wax (which is actually like playdo, just warm) she spread on 6 little pats and just like that, rip...rip...rip they all came off. It hurt, but nothing like i remember with the old soft wax strips, in fact my eyebrow waxing hurt waaaaay more than the bikini wax!

Once it was all done she put on some lovely aloe vera cream and gave me a little pep talk of how i need to care for my newly waxed bits.

I did not lose skin, i did not look like a plucked chicken, i did not walk out of there like John Wayne! It has now been 3 days and it is smooth, silky and super tidy. I have to go back in 4 weeks if i want to keep it tidy, and to be honest it was so easy and quick (in and out within 15 mins) i'll be back!

So for all you nervous nellies, i can highly recommend getting a wax...but make sure it's hard wax! ;p
