Headaches

I have been having terrible headaches and heartburn for awhile.  Anyone else?  I guess I need to try to drink more liquids as I've heard that is the cause for headaches...I'm so bad about drinking a lot of water.

    mine are caffeine withdrawal headaches... i drink a bit of coke with lots of water and i'm normally good... oh, those cold facemasks help me a lot too.

    yes, I've had severe migraines for the past 2 months now. Nothing helps except vicodin and even that only does so much. So I feel your pain but don't have a ton of advice to offer. Maybe try a little caffeine with tylenol if it's just a bad normal headache or ask your OB

    My doctor told me I could take regular tylenol at the regular dosage for the headaches and if they don't get better a small cup of caffienated tea or coffee could help.

    I have them too... i was put on Vicodin also... they hurt like HELL! I went to Walgreens and bought a heating/cooling pad.. and it helped! It could be from caffinee withdrawls too if you were a coke/coffee drinker. try sipping on some soda.

    I get headaches too...mostly in the evenings.  I take two tylenol and a drink a pepsi (full caffine) and it works like a dream!

It could be from caffinee withdrawls too if you were a coke/coffee drinker. try sipping on some soda, that also helped. dim lighting if possible will also ease the pain... if you wear contacts try taking them out and resting your eyes for as long as you can... this is all that i've done and it's helped me. :) Hope it works for you .

    My doc told me to try Sudafed 12 hr, the kind you have to get from behind the counter.  I was surprised...but the nurse said it was because there is fluid anywhere it can go, including my sinuses.  I can't say it's really helped. I gave up caffeine on top of it ( I allow myself one cheat a week....this weekend it was Chick Fil A Coke..YUM!).  I drink lots of water and use a cold compress, alternating between the back of my neck and my forehead. That seems to help the most.
