  Yes, I get them once every couple days! It always freaks me out, but I know it's normal.

  Normal for most people. I used to get them during PMS, too. Totally hormone related.

  Yep. I've had this all along. It's normal. My OB was concerned there might be an underlying heart problem causing it but all my tests have come back fine.

  Annoying, but normal.

  yup I get these too! Especially when I lay on my left side.  It's normal though :-)

  I get this too. it's really annoying when it happens when I am trying to go to sleep, all I feel is the pounding..it's like that feeling as if you were running and your heart was beating fast

  Yep - I get these sometimes when I'm exercising or overheated.  It's kind of scary, but it goes away if I take deep breaths and slow down.

  I get them everyday. I actually went to a cardiologist. He said I am fine and because there is so much more fluid and blood flow it is normal.
